Email us

hello@pawelden.com

We are a small, independent site, and email is the one channel we monitor properly — so it is the one we publish. We do not list a phone number or a postal address: we are an online-only project without staff to take calls, and written requests can be logged and tracked properly. For anything urgent about your dog, contact your veterinarian or the nearest emergency clinic directly.

Response times

We read every message and aim to reply within 3 business days. Evidence questions can take a little longer, because we would rather check a source twice than answer fast and loose. If your message needs more time, we will say so in a first reply rather than go quiet.

What to contact us about

TopicUse it for
Content correctionsA factual error, a broken or wrong source link, a verdict you believe the evidence does not support
Evidence review feedbackSource suggestions, disagreements about how a study was weighed, Tier-1 or Tier-2 source nominations
Affiliate questionsHow links and commissions work, why a product appears in a guide, or a disclosure concern
Privacy requestsAccess, deletion, or opt-out requests under our Privacy Policy

Reporting a correction — help us move fast

To make a correction easy to act on, include four things:

  1. The page URL.
  2. The sentence or claim in question.
  3. What you believe is inaccurate, and why.
  4. A source if you have one — a veterinary school, a professional association, or a peer-reviewed paper carries the most weight.

What we cannot do by email

We cannot review an individual dog's case, interpret symptoms, or discuss amounts of any supplement or medication. Email is not a substitute for a veterinarian who has examined your dog, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Corrections are welcome

PawElden treats corrections as part of the editorial process, not as complaints. Every correction is logged and handled under the update rules in our Editorial Policy — including re-validation of the page's sources before anything is republished.
